Our Story
Salvatore Gargiulo and his staff welcome you to Botticelli Restaurant of Brighton! Salvatore was born on the stunning Azure Coast in Sorrento Italy. His passion for food was ignited from an early age working in the family kitchen with his Grandmother, Mother & Sisters.
Since 2001, Salvatore has developed an acclaimed menu at Botticelli of Brighton, which includes an extensive A la Carte Menu, with a variety of Specials from our Specials Boards which change with the Seasons. We specialise in Italian and Continental European Cuisine. Salvatore is passionate about high quality local fresh ingredients & most importantly, Authentic Italian Home Style Cooking. If you love Italian Food & Wine, and enjoy dishes that are full of flavour, texture and freshness, look no further than Botticelli of Brighton.
